Quite probably the first gin made from Riesling lees the planet has ever witnessed.
This earthy, spiced and smooth style was born out of our boredom of the juniper and citrus heavy styles dominating the market.
This gin should be served straight up or stirred down in a Negroni
Keep your eyes peeled for future distillation projects. If there's a still nearby we always want to put it through it's paces.
